He blends the vibrant flavors of his Mediterranean heritage with the refined techniques honed during his extensive international career. His journey, marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, showcases both classic culinary foundations and cutting-edge innovation. His training at prestigious institutions like Harvard University, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the University of Cape Town, underscores his commitment to continuous learning and development.
This dedication is evident in his impressive career trajectory, where he grew up culinarily in Michelin stars and luxury brand establishments. From his early years honing his skills in various restaurants across Greece, Konstantinos progressed to roles at prominent establishments including the Marriott Amman Hotel (Jordan), where he served as Executive Sous Chef and Specialty Chef de Cuisine. His experience also includes significant tenures at the Lindos Aquagrand Exclusive Deluxe Resort (Rhodes, Greece), The Ritz-Carlton (Cayman Islands), and Gordon Ramsay Holdings (Marina Bay Sands, London & Singapore), showcasing his adaptability and success in diverse culinary settings.
